Your place is confirmed on receipt of a deposit (generally 50% of the course fee or as stated).

If you are unwell with an infectious disease, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another course. Please don’t come if you are unwell or coming down with something. Sometimes there is an option to attend remotely.

For all other cancellations see below.

– If you withdraw from a course more than one week before the start date you will receive a full refund.

– If you withdraw from a course less than one week but more than 24hrs before the course starts you will receive half the full fee back.

– If you withdraw from a course less than 24hrs before the course starts there will be no refund unless there are exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be at The Muse’s discretion, after Trustees have met to discuss.

– If the same course is repeated later in the year, The Muse will attempt to offer you the option to transfer your fees to the next course.
